The goal of this installation is for you to be transported. I have created a glen, a sanctuary. Immerse yourself for a moment.

With the forced-inspiration of the pandemic, I thought a lot about isolation. Some days, instead of feeling held captive by the world, I felt freedom in my aloneness. I want to invite others into that feeling with me.

This hideaway is filled with fantastical creatures and scenery—all hand-felted and created from wool, yarn, foam and wire. The animation of colorful raindrops was created with clay.

I am an interdisciplinary animator and sculptor. I create creatures and worlds that are colorful, joyful, playful. I am inspired by nature, fairy tales, dreams, and other artists.
